Implantly Care Club
The Implantly Care Club is a monthly subscription that protects your dental implants long after treatment. It includes annual clinical reviews, priority access for urgent appointments, and included bridgework replacement with PMMA replaced every 5 years and zirconia every 7 years. With proactive care and support from a dedicated Patient Manager, the Care Club offers long-term peace of mind for your smile.

Implantly Annual Maintenance
Implantly Annual Maintenance (pay-as-you-go)is a per-visit option for patients who prefer flexibility without a subscription. Each annual maintenance visit includes a full oral examination, prosthetic evaluation, and professional cleaning where indicated at a fixed cost. Urgent reviews for pain, swelling, or damaged prosthetics are available at an additional cost per visit, offering clear, pay-as-you-go care with no long-term commitment.

· Comprehensive annual maintenance visit with detailed scans, full oral and soft tissue examination, prosthetic assessment, and professional cleaning where indicated.
· Urgent review access with up to 3 free appointments per year for pain, swelling, or damaged prosthetics.
· Lifetime biological and mechanical implant warranty while you remain an active member of the Implantly Care Club. Standard warranty terms apply if membership is inactive.
·Proactive support through quarterly check-ins with a dedicated Patient Manager.
Eligibility & Payment Terms
· The Care Club must be activated within 30 days of the final fit appointment. After this period, the subscription option is no longer available.
· If a payment is missed, you have 30 days to reinstate your membership.
· If the subscription is not reinstated within 30 days, warranty support will be void and subscription benefits will cease.

Staff friendly explaining everything communication has been great very swift process & easy instalment plan spread over 6 months l have dentures after extraction in the hope l can return in 12 weeks all going well for implant bridge dentures l can highly recommend Implantly.
