Implantly Annual Maintenance (pay-as-you-go) is a per-visit option for patients who prefer flexibility without a subscription. Each annual maintenance visit includes a full oral examination, prosthetic evaluation, and professional cleaning where indicated at a fixed cost. Urgent reviews can aslo be arranged, offering clear, pay-as-you-go care with no long-term commitment.

Implantly Care Club
The Implantly Care Club is a monthly subscription that protects your dental implants long after treatment. It includes scheduled bridgework replacement, with PMMA bridge replaced every 5 years and zirconia replaced every 7 years, along with annual clinical reviews and priority access for urgent appointments. With proactive care and support from a dedicated Patient Manager, the Care Club offers long-term peace of mind for your smile.

Staff friendly explaining everything communication has been great very swift process & easy instalment plan spread over 6 months l have dentures after extraction in the hope l can return in 12 weeks all going well for implant bridge dentures l can highly recommend Implantly.
