During your free full clinical assessment, our clinicians will carry out a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health, including advanced 3D CBCT imaging, digital X-rays, and intraoral scans. 2. Surgical Reset
Using advanced 3D CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, and guided implant surgery, your Implantly clinician will precisely place your dental implants according to your personalised treatment plan. Depending on the complexity of your case, the procedure typically 3-4 hours.

3. Long Term Prosthesis
After your implants have healed and integrated with the jawbone, typically over 8–12 weeks, your final prosthesis will be created using advanced digital scans to ensure a precise fit. Depending on your chosen treatment option, your new smile will be crafted from either durable PMMA or premium Zirconia, providing a natural-looking, fixed solution designed for long-term comfort, function, and confidence.

What if I have bone loss / gum disease / periodontal disease?
Many patients worry they aren’t suitable for implants because of bone loss or gum disease. If you have gum or periodontal disease, we’ll first ensure your mouth is healthy and stable before proceeding with treatment.
